Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to address your individual needs and provide you with the best possible solutions. Standard Returns
We understand that preferences can vary, and sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we gladly accept returns of new, unopened items purchased from our website within 30 days of delivery, providing you with the option of a refund or store credit. To initiate the returns process, kindly contact us at returns@amsterdamvape.shop or use the Contact Form, and we will guide you through the necessary steps.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable if opened or used. These include:
- E-Liquids
- Atomizers (RDA & Tanks)
- Disposable Vape
- Replacement Pods & Coils (if temper foil is broken)
- Replacement Coils (if temper seal is broken)
- Spare Parts (Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings)
- Rechargeable Batteries
Products with special seals, such as E-Liquid bottle caps or hardware packaging with tamper-proof stickers, cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Warranty Service
Hardware devices purchased directly from our website come with a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the time of delivery. For extended warranty coverage, you may contact manufacturers directly for After-Sales Service.
Items not covered under our 30-Day Warranty include:
- Atomizers (RDA & Tanks)
- Disposable Vape
- Replacement Pods
- Replacement Coils
- Spare Parts (Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings)
- Rechargeable Batteries
To be eligible for warranty service, initiate the returns process by contacting us at returns@amsterdamvape.shop or using the Contact Form within 30 days of the original delivery. The defective item must be shipped back to our facility before a refund or store credit can be issued.
The 30-Day Limited Warranty excludes damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, or user-error. Consequential and incidental damages are also not covered.
Note: Some manufacturers may require the warranty card included in the package for processing warranty service.
Delivery Issue Policy
Claims for damaged, missing, or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Inspect your items carefully upon receipt, and notify us promptly of any issues. Return procedures, including potential shipping of incorrect items back to our facility, may be required.
Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by warranty.
Additional Information
We do not guarantee compatibility between items, so please research or contact us before placing your order. Returns due to incompatibility will not be accepted.
To submit a request for a refund, replacement, or exchange, contact our returns department at returns@amsterdamvape.shop. Include your FULL NAME, ORDER #, PHONE NUMBER, and REASONS for the return. Approval will prompt further instructions, potentially requiring pictures or video proof.
Ensure items are properly packaged for return, using padded envelopes or boxes. Inadequate packaging may result in a refusal of your return.
Note: Atomizers (tanks, RDAs, RTAs, RDTAs), pod systems, and starter kits on our website are intended for use with e-liquids and nicotine salts only. Use with cannabis oil, CBD oil, or similar liquids voids any warranty.
This warranty provides specific legal rights, and additional rights may vary by state.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer replacements, as defective items result in credit issuance. Adult Signature Service and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Refunds may be issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card) or as store credit in the form of reward points. Amsterdam Vape Shop is not responsible for refunds to prepaid or canceled credit cards.
