Q: How do I redeem my reward points?
A: After signing in, click the "Rewards" button at the bottom right corner of our page (white with dark blue font and a gift box icon). Navigate to the "Get Rewards" section, where you will find options to redeem your points. Save your coupon code, and if you face any issues, please contact our customer service team.

Q: How do I activate my account to use reward points?
A: If you're having trouble accessing rewards, it might be due to your account not being activated. Click on the "Rewards" button, proceed to the "Earn Points" tab, click "Create Account," and then "Verify Account." Look for the verification email in your inbox (check spam/junk folders if needed). Open the email, click "Activate," and your account will be ready for reward redemption under the "Get Rewards" tab.

Q: Can I cancel an order?
A: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us promptly. If the order hasn't been shipped, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has been shipped, we'll process the refund upon receiving the return, following our return requirements (refer to our Refund Policy page).
